The summer semester at the Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences has begun, and we have resumed our teaching activities. Since the summer semester 2015, Dr. Stender and other experts from the company offer the subject “Technical Documentation” at Faculty T for students from the Bachelor's degree programs. We impart the basics of technical communication in a practical and future-oriented way, the highlight of the lecture being a real collection of material that is carried out in a workshop. From the information gained in the workshop in connection with the theoretical basics that are developed in the lectures, the students create an instruction manual as a term paper. Due to the time, this does not contain all the technical scope, but all the formal and content-related aspects that make up good technical documentation.
