On June 27th and 28th, 2022 took place in the Farny Farm the strategy workshop of STENDER GmbH took place at Kißlegg. In addition to managing director Dr. Michael Stender and the other members of management, a total of eighteen team members from the areas of editing, logistics, research & development, graphics and e-learning ensured two days of intensive and constructive discourse.
The range of topics ranged from an actual analysis of one's own current position within the market to a consideration of possible developments, both economic and political in nature, to strategy and milestones in corporate development from service provider to system house. Complex questions for which, however, viable answers could be worked out. This was primarily ensured by the togetherness, the open communication and the mutual respect of all those present - one of the great strengths of the STENDER team, not least also of the management, which not only specifies an open-ended dialogue and a culture of discussion at eye level, but also consistently implements it itself .
The Hofgut team and the ambience certainly made a not inconsiderable contribution to the successful event and the good mood - many thanks for that! Special thanks go to Julius v. Gleichenstein, who, as workshop leader, understood it competently and routinely but always with a good portion of a wink, to focus the workshop participants, who are obsessed with detail for their job, on the "big picture" - as a result of the workshop there are two strategy projects that shape the future of the STENDER GmbH will play a key role in shaping it.
