We are very fortunate to be able to rely on a particularly valuable treasure: the knowledge and know-how of our long-standing team members. Employment at our company of up to 30 years is not an isolated case. Whether in administration, editing, the graphics department, technical editing or technical logistics - in every department there are colleagues who draw on a wealth of experience and contribute their part to the company's success with a lot of commitment.
Ms. Susanne Fischer is exactly that kind of person and has now gone into her well-deserved retirement after 35 years. Ms. Fischer has already completed her training at STENDER, worked in the company as a media designer for a long time and has been holding her position in the secretariat as an assistant to the management since 2014. Ms. Fischer is our walking archive and anchor in times of need.
Of course, one or two anecdotes couldn't be missed, and special appreciation and great thanks were expressed by Dr. Stender expressed in his speech. Ms. Platzer, who spoke on behalf of the entire workforce, could only agree with this.
We wish Ms. Fischer all the best for the new phase of her life and thank you for the great time we had together.
